We have been family owned and operated for 18 years.

Although we are located in Colwich, Kansas we service the greater Wichita and surrounding area. We have catered events as large as 2,000 and as small as 20.

When comparing us to the competition please keep in mind the following:

We use only the best cuts of meat for your menu selection.

The vegetables that we use are the best that you can buy, weather they are fresh, frozen, or canned.

Our fruit salad is made with fresh fruit, not canned fruit cocktail.

The Toss salad is made with fresh cut Iceberg and Romaine lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots and tomatoes. Four or more dressing, crackers, homemade croutons, and sunflower seeds are included.

We fresh bake our rolls, french bread, cornbread, and desserts.

We have a variety of menus that you can choose from including, but not limited to breakfast, Italian, Mexican, and Down Home Country Cooking and Barbeque.

Our employees are courteous and professional. We feel that you and your guest are worth the extra service that we do, such as going around and refilling drinks.

We do quotes for formal dinners which include real silverware, plates, glasses, and cups or disposable table services. You choose which one you want and we will give you a quote.
